Their products are high-quality and sourced from top manufacturers around the world. 

They have a physical showroom, a customer service team and a warehouse located in Sydney and supply an extensive network of retail stockists nationally.


The challenge

Developing a visually appealing e-commerce solution is key for online product sales.

Establishing a platform structure that accommodates complex product types, while integrating Vision’s website with their back-end systems such as accounting and inventory management, plus providing tools to manage multiple retail locations was important for the company to increase their sales whilst maintaining operational effectiveness.


Strategy and planning first.

Liquid Digital helped Vision Wallcoverings plan and develop their online presence and digital ecosystem; enabling their customers to easily browse their full catalogue of products, shop online and get connected to the nearest retail outlet for collection, cross-sells and up-sells.

First, we developed a digital strategy to help Vision launch their online e-commerce presence. We used the power of WordPress and WooCommerce to ensure it was easy for Vision’s staff to keep things up to date, while keeping costs down at the early stages. We also provided ongoing support to their staff and digital systems to ensure things keep running smoothly.
