We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us, use our Site, submit an enquiry, complete an assessment, or sign up for communications. We may also collect information from third parties, including our partners, referrers, and publicly available sources.

AI and automated processing
Some of our services, including the Digital IQ Assessment, use artificial intelligence to process your information and generate outputs. We use the Claude AI model, provided by Anthropic PBC (USA), as a data processor on our behalf.
What this means for you:
- Your submitted information (including company details, website content, and strategic context) is sent to Anthropic to generate your report
- The report is produced by automated processing, not solely by a human reviewer
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- Anthropic processes your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy (anthropic.com/privacy) and our Data Processing Agreement with Anthropic
Your right to human review: If you have questions about an AI-generated output or believe it does not accurately reflect your situation, you can request a human review by contacting us at privacy@liquid.digital.
Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to:
- Anthropic PBC (USA) — to generate AI-assisted reports and assessments
- IT and platform providers — including our CRM, email platform, hosting, and analytics providers
- Our team — employees and contractors who need access to provide our services
- Professional advisors — legal, accounting, and insurance advisors, where necessary
- Regulators and courts — where required or permitted by law
Some of these third parties are located outside Australia, including in the USA. Where we disclose your information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Important: By providing us with personal information, you acknowledge that some recipients may be located overseas and that we cannot guarantee those parties will comply with Australian privacy laws in all circumstances.
